I started Leader Growth Lab because I made every mistake in the book as a young leader — and spent the next 15 years figuring out what I should have been doing instead.
With a background in leadership development, business ownership and psychology, I’ve led large-scale corporate training programs, built my own seven-figure company from the ground up, and supported leaders across industries — from trades and mining, to entrepreneurs, tech and professional services.
I believe great leadership is possible with the right clarity, tools and support — and necessary for the kind of workplaces, and world, we want to build.
